After a year of intense loss, conflict and extraordinary financial pressure, Iranian families are struggling. For many, one simple daily meal of rice or beans has to be enough. Meat and dairy are unaffordable. And winter brings another worry: how will we keep our home warm?
You can’t undo what these families have had to endure this year.

Through our trusted networks inside Iran and among Iranian refugee and displaced communities in Turkey, we are able to identify families in need and get practical help directly to them.
