The children of Iran are facing unprecedented challenges. From oppressive regimes to rising poverty and the devastating effects of war, these young hearts need a foundation of hope and love. Many of these children – both in Iran and as refugees in neighboring countries – are turning to Christ, finding strength in His message. But they need our help to grow in their faith and stand strong in the face of adversity.

Why Your Support Matters
The children of Iran are up against unimaginable challenges:
- In Iran: They face intense pressure to conform to a state-driven ideology, where studying Islam is mandatory. Yet, in the midst of heavy daily persecution, many are choosing to follow Christ. They are growing up in a regime that limits their freedom, their voice, and even their future. Without the hope of Christ, a generation is growing up with alarming rates of addiction, depression, anxiety and suicide.
- As Refugees: Many Iranian children have had to flee their homes due to their parents’ faith or political beliefs. As refugees, they live in desperate circumstances (limited access to work or medical care), under the constant threat of deportation, abuse, and isolation. These children continue to face persecution by peers and teachers at school.
The slightest thing that could be an irritation to other students or teachers has grave physical consequences for us. We have less rights and opportunity to speak up or contribute in class; our opinions are not welcome. Teachers really test us and try and catch us out with their questions. We are put under great emotional and mental strain. In amongst all this, there is always the fear of sudden deportation. Some of our friends have been literally pulled out of class and forcibly sent to a camp without their families.
In both contexts, Christian education and support are vital. Through your donations, we can provide:
- Peer-to-peer support that helps children connect with others who share their faith
- Bible-based materials that are culturally relevant and engaging
- Digital tools to continue their learning and build their faith, even in challenging circumstances
- Humanitarian aid to help meet their immediate needs, including warm winter clothing, help to warm their houses in winter (many families have to choose between eating or heating), and regular meals
Every gift helps us bring hope to these children, ensuring they are not alone and have the resources to grow in their relationship with Christ.

- $470 – Gives 6 weeks’ community support for a group of 10 displaced/refugee children, including hearty meals, peer-to-peer fellowship and recreational activities
- $800 – Gives a 30-minute bespoke animated children’s TV program with culturally relevant biblical content
- $1,500 – Gives 52 weekly prayer events via AV link for all displaced/refugee Christian children across Turkey
- $12,000 – Gives one year of regular fresh content on music and arts and crafts for the website and for use in Iran/Afghanistan outreach events
